When filling out the Contact Form on the website www.igenyes.hu, the personal data provided electronically is processed by Igényes.hu. The Data Controller is not responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the data provided by the User (hereinafter referred to as User or Data Subject) when filling out the Contact Form via the internet.

2. Data protection legislation
During its data processing practices, the Data Controller always applies and complies with the applicable legal regulations applicable to it and its activities, in particular the following:
Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

3. Purpose of data processing
The Data Controller carries out consultancy activities in various business areas, in connection with which it provides information on the website indicated in the introduction. When visiting the website, in the "Contact" menu item, the User has the opportunity to contact https://www.atimea.hu/ and send a message electronically. The message sent by the User will be processed and based on this, contact will be made in a reply message, on the subject in which the message was sent.
The Data Controller does not use the personal data of the Data Subject other than for the described purpose.
4. Legal basis for data processing
Data processing takes place with the voluntary and express consent of the Users. Consent is given on the Data Controller's igenyes.hu website, when filling out the Contact Form, and by simultaneously reading and accepting this information electronically.
The User may remain anonymous, as he is not obliged to provide his personal data, but it is a prerequisite for filling out and submitting the Contact Form, because without this, it is not possible to establish contact with the User and respond to, and respond appropriately to, the message he wants to send.
5. Scope of processed data
It is not necessary to provide personal data to view the information on the Data Controller's website https://www.atimea.hu/, however, the following personal data may be provided to fill out and submit the Contact Form: Name, Email, Phone Number.
6. Duration of data processing
In general, after receiving the Contact Form, the Data Controller processes the related personal data for 60 days. The Data Controller will respond to the form within 15 days of receiving it, and then send its response to the User. If the User does not respond to the response sent by the Data Controller within 30 days, the Data Controller will verify this fact within 15 days and then delete the User's personal data.
If the User withdraws his/her consent before the 60th day, the period of data processing will last from the time the consent was given until its withdrawal. The User may withdraw his/her consent at any time, free of charge, electronically or by post. The Data Controller will take measures to delete the personal data within 15 days of receiving the notification.
If, after sending the response, an automatic email message is received back to the Data Controller stating that the email address is no longer available or is no longer used by the data subject who gave the consent, all personal data related to the email address will be deleted within 15 days of receiving the notification.
The right to withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of consent before the withdrawal.
